Day 3

Sunrise- Half a pita bread until I realized the other half was mold. Can’t tell with this vegan food, you know. 5 dried apricots. Cranberries. I’m also unsure what would be a full meal. This would be a full meal in Mexico, Israel, or Ethiopia. This would also be a full breakfast.

Sunset- Bread

Sleep, sleep, sleep. Bleh. Slept for 12 hours and then found myself struggling to be awake after only having been awake for three hours. I took a B12 pill to maybe feel more energy, but I ended up falling asleep afterwards while watching Eddie Izzard. I’m getting used to this where I feel like I could just go without any food. Lost a pound. This isn’t for weight loss though, even though I’m fat. Starving yourself is not a healthy way to lose weight.
